A Baby was found on the top step of Johnny Grant, Betty Grant just had a baby and was told she would not be able to have another child they instantly wanted to keep this baby which had a note with Jimmy on it. They took Jimmy down town to have papers to properly adopt Jimmy. Due to the date of birth on the paper in with Jimmy his date of birth was July 8, 1991, and below that the note said Mr. and Mrs. Grant could you take care of Johnny Jr. and Jimmy John is 2 hrs older than Jimmy we will meet you the day after Jimmy turns 18.

    So Jimmy and John grew up and were very close they went to John's Uncle Grant every weekend he owned a very large piece of land right on the ocean front with about ½ mile of beach they became lifeguards and Jimmy was the fastest and strongest swimmer they had ever seen at 17 he broke the world record for holding his breath under 70 degree water and said it was like he could breath almost.

    Jimmy's 18th birthday all his lifeguard buddies thru him a party at his Uncles beach, and about 11:00 John raced Jimmy to the Island across from their beach even though nobody could beat Jimmy in a swimming race. So off they went but when they got there they were sucked into this cave currents even they could not pull out of they were way in when there was a whirlpool he saw Jimmy get sucked down till he did not hear or see him then John was able to get over a little and the current sucked him out like half the cave pull in the other pushed out causing the whirlpool. John had bruises and scratches all over and yelled for help all their friends swam over they got a rescue team when the currents slowed down they swam in and a diver dove as deep as possible but he said it was like a bottomless pit. They knew then that Jimmy had drown.

    Jimmy had really ended up in a huge bubble with lots of people this man and woman came up to him and said we are your parents but you needed to grow up with the other people until your powers started at midnight on your birthday which is now. Now you are with level 10 powers I am a level 1 your powers will get stronger in time and depending on how you use them now lets go meet Johnny, and Betty, your powers will be used to help people.

    Now lets go meet your parent, Jimmy asked how deep are we, his dad said almost 2 miles straight down, but don't worry you can now breath water and air. So they went to Johnny, and Betty's house and they started crying and saying you are ok we love you, then they asked who that is with him, and Jimmy's dad said remember the note that said we will meet you the day after he is 18. "OH MY YOU GOING TO TAKE MY JIMMY" Calm down he will be staying here he will help catch bad people he has some powers that will get stronger.     

    He can breath underwater, he is stronger than normal and can control water a little at his level. Jimmy's real mom and dad went back to the underwater home and told Jimmy to come visit whenever he wants to learn more. So Jimmy and his adopted parents went down to the police station for one to get him off the died list and explain his powers and wanted to help the law so they gave him the steps he needed to take to become an officer. He said great they asked what kind of powers he said control water breath underwater and I have a lot more muscle than normal. Bring out your strongest officer out to arm wrestle out comes this dude about 6'4" and 290 LBs so Jimmy all 140 LBs of him locked arms and on go Jimmy just smiled as they stayed locked then Jimmy just put that big arm down like nothing. The officer said we are going find a way to push you through to become part time water officer and part time State Police. Jimmy said also I don't sleep. So he gets the jobs, and goes down the 2 mile swim to train for a week each month. Jimmy made it to level 1 when he was 35 and put a lot of bad people in prison, and saved a lot of people from shark attacks and drowning even helped the US Navy from sub spies and attacks he alone could sink a sub and swim fast enough to save everyone for hostages. Jimmy could tow a sub or battle ship by himself.
